Proper care ensures maximum performance and longevity

Installation

  • Always install using the correct tools and torque values

  • Use a suitable thread compound where recommended

  • Left and right pedals must be installed on the correct side

Maintenance

  • Periodically check axle tightness and pin security

  • Inspect for play, cracks, or damage after heavy riding or impacts

  • Bearings and bushings are serviceable and should be maintained as part of regular bike servicing, see online for video for more details.

Cleaning

  • Wash with mild soap and water only

  • Do not use high-pressure washers directly on bearings or seals

  • Dry thoroughly after wet rides
